Reviews of Hokkaido Bunkyo University

Review ①: Female / Child Development Department, College of Humanities / Current Student / Enrolled in 2023

Overall Rating
This is the best. I would recommend it to anyone pursuing a career in education or childcare!
I believe there are many wonderful people here, including teachers, seniors, and friends!

Lectures/Classes
Many teachers have excellent records and experience in the field. You can listen to valuable stories, and guest speakers are invited to share even deeper insights. There are also many volunteer opportunities, and you can gain field experience while still in university, offering unique opportunities that may not be found elsewhere.

Laboratories/Seminars
Most of the teachers are easy to talk to and have experience in their respective fields, making conversations with them comfortable.

Employment/Advancement
I believe 100% of students find employment. There is strong support, including an affiliated kindergarten and elementary school, so it's reassuring!

Transportation/Location
The nearest station is Eniwa Station. It is a 10-minute walk from the station, making commuting convenient! There is also a parking lot, so many students commute by car.

Facilities/Equipment
We have air conditioning and heating, and the facilities are relatively new, so everything in the campus is clean.

Friends/Dating
It's very safe! There aren't many frivolous people; everyone is so nice!

Student Life
We have everything from sports to volunteer activities! The support is also very helpful!

Review ②: Female / Health and Nutrition Department, College of Humanities / Current Student / Enrolled in 2023

Overall Rating
I think it’s great for anyone wanting to become a nurse.
If you're interested in studying midwifery or public health nursing, I recommend a university with a graduate school program.

Lectures/Classes
In the first year, elective subjects are taught from a foundational level, so even if you didn't take certain subjects in high school, there's no need to worry.

Employment/Advancement
Since it’s the nursing department, if you pass the national qualifications, the employment rate is 100%.
Students start preparing for the national exam from their third year, so as long as you study diligently, it should be fine.

Transportation/Location
It's one stop by JR from Fukuoka University Station, but compared to other universities, it’s still quite far.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the station to the campus.

Facilities/Equipment
It’s not much different from other universities, but since it’s a relatively new school, the buildings are quite clean.

Friends/Dating
People who enjoy volunteer activities seem to be a good fit.
