The department I am in has many kind professors and a high level of freedom in classes, which I find very fulfilling. I am quite satisfied.

You get to undertake teaching work. Well, this might be the case at any school, but having a teaching position can make you extremely busy. Professors from various fields come to give lectures.
Laboratories/Seminars
We have unlimited access to photocopy paper, which is truly satisfying. However, I still have to pay for my own art supplies.

Academic performance seems to be excellent. Many people appear to be employed at anime companies.

This is Aihara Station. I live in Hachioji, and the commute is fairly convenient. It takes about 45 minutes to get there.
