Overall Evaluation
I find the geology major in the Earth Sciences Department particularly strong, providing a solid foundation from the beginning, which is excellent. It is a well-balanced department from various perspectives.
Lectures/Classes
You can learn earth sciences from scratch, with extensive practical training from the first semester of the first year, and the professors are very approachable.
Employment/Advancement
I've heard it is very good, but as a first-year student, I haven't experienced it personally yet. Since my enrollment, I have had opportunities to regularly interact with professors and graduate students.
Transportation/Location
Although it is far from the station, there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The northern part of the university has inconvenient transportation.
Facilities/Equipment
We have specialized equipment. Some items are purchased for practical training, while others are borrowed from the department.
Friendships/Romance
Friendships are good, but personally, I believe there are not many romantic relationships within the department.
Student Life
If you choose a club that interests you, you will definitely have a fulfilling university life. Be careful not to take on too many activities.

Overall Evaluation
The curriculum includes professional content, and I really enjoy courses on civil law and criminal law, which are my first exposure to them. Additionally, the faculty building is conveniently located near the library.
Lectures/Classes
These courses are very easy to understand and interesting. The diverse club activities and school festivals make for a fulfilling university life. Moreover, the restaurant menu is quite extensive and delicious. There's a limited menu every month, so you never get bored. There are small classes called introductory exercises, making it easy to make friends.
Employment/Advancement
It seems that many graduates from the Department of Law and Economics become civil servants or teachers, or work as legal or financial executives in private companies.
Transportation/Location
Very convenient as the bus station is right in front. You have to take a bus to Matsue Station, but there are many health centers near the school, so I don't think it's a problem.
Facilities/Equipment
There are also cafeterias, cooperative shops, and a library, making life very fulfilling. The classrooms primarily used for classes are also very clean.
Friendships/Romance
I think making friends is easy, but I'm not sure about romantic relationships within the department.

The nursing department of a national university is reliable and safe, so you can rest assured. Moreover, compared to other nearby universities, the entrance examination here is relatively easy.

The instructions from the professors are very clear and understandable, and there are no private conversations during lectures.

I have never participated in labs or seminars, but I've heard from seniors that I should.
