Tokyo Immigration Bureau Appointment Booking

The Tokyo Immigration Bureau also offers appointment booking services on its website, which can significantly reduce the time spent waiting in queues at the Tokyo Immigration Office.

Appointments are available in 30-minute slots from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Reservations cannot be made during this time. The deadline for canceling appointments is 6:00 PM two days before the appointment date.

For example, if you wish to schedule an appointment for March 15th, you can submit your reservation from 12:00 PM on March 7th until 11:59 AM on March 14th. Cancellations are accepted until 6:00 PM on March 13th.
