From mid-April to late May, when the entire Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is fully open, there is an activity called the "Yuki no Otani Walk," which allows you to experience the snow walls up close. Approximately 500 meters of the route are opened as a pedestrian walkway on one side, allowing you to enjoy the vibrant scenery.

The first place goes to "Fugan Unga Kansui Park," located in Toyama City, just a 9-minute walk from Toyama Station. The area around the north exit of Toyama Station has been developed as a symbolic area of Toyama City's MIRAI project, making effective use of unused land.

The waterside space of the park includes a pleasure boat pier and various facilities such as an art museum, a bird-watching center, and an open-air theater. In addition, the "Toyama-Mirai Line" connects Fugan Unga Kansui Park with the port city of Iwase, and you can experience the Nakajima Lock, which regulates the water level difference.
