This year, Kusatsu Onsen takes the crown once again! The top four positions remained unchanged from last year, but fifth place brought a new surprise. Here's the full list of Japan's top 10 onsen nationwide – let's see which one won the most hearts.

1. Kusatsu Onsen (Gunma)
