Reputation and Evaluation of Tsuda University
Tsuda University Reputation①: Serene Campus Atmosphere
The entire campus exudes a steady, elegant atmosphere.
The campus map of Tsuda University is as follows.

The overall campus is well-planned and stylish.
Tsuda University Reputation②: Clean Cafeteria
The cafeteria is well-maintained and exceptionally clean.
Below are two photos of the cafeteria, which indeed looks very beautiful.

This is also one of the advantages of a private university.
Tsuda University Reputation③: A Bit Far from the Station
Here is the transportation map for Tsuda University.

The nearest station to the Kodaira campus is Takanodai station, an 8-minute walk; and the nearest station to the Sendagaya campus is Kokuritsu-Kyogijo station, a 6-minute walk.
Some comments say it is "quite far from the station," but in reality, its location is excellent.
Tsuda University Evaluation①: Female / School of Arts and Sciences, International Relations Department / Current Student / Enrolled in 2023
Comprehensive Evaluation
The academic courses themselves are interesting, but the workload is heavy. Considering the heavy workload and attendance, evaluation is challenging. Recommended for those interested in international relations and interested in law, culture, social phenomena, etc.
Lectures/Classes
The required subjects are very professional, and the courses themselves are interesting.
Also, there are about 4 or 5 required English courses, so it is highly recommended for those who want to study language or are interested in international relations.
Employment/Promotion
It's only been a year, so I'm not sure about the specifics, but I think there are quite a few recommended spots and internship opportunities at the university.
Transportation/Location
Takanodai Station is in the countryside, so transportation is inconvenient, so I do not recommend it for those who want to live in the city center. Takanodai Station has only one ramen shop.
Facilities/Equipment
It depends on the buildings, but I think they basically have a historical feel. The university campus is not large.
Friends/Romance
I don't have much experience because I am in the Women's College. Most of the people I date have been with me since high school, some are from the same intercollegiate club as me, and some are part-time jobs with me.
I think if we hadn't joined this circle, our friendship wouldn't have expanded so much.
Student Life
Tsuda's exclusive clubs are not very popular and do not have much appeal, but Ichikawa has many intercollegiate clubs, so I think if you join, you can have a fulfilling student life.
Tsuda University Evaluation②: Female / School of Arts and Sciences, English Literature Department / Current Student / Enrolled in 2023
Comprehensive Evaluation
The only current issue is transportation, bugs, and problems. I came to university because I wanted to study, so I feel like I have many friends to hang out with.
Lectures/Classes
As someone who loves English, it is quite fulfilling. In some courses, I wonder, "Does this make sense...?"
Employment/Promotion
Because it is a women's university, they seem to take good care of me. I think there is a work-related course in the second semester.
Transportation/Location
Bad. It's bad no matter how you look at it. The nearest station, Takano Station, has nothing. Shinkodaira Station is all there is.
Facilities/Equipment
Basically, it's nice, but compared to other universities, it's inferior. When I entered the school, I was surprised to find that they still have Japanese-style toilets.
Friends/Romance
Basically, everyone here is serious, so you can make many good friends. However, because it's a women's college, romantic relationships aren't very fulfilling. However, because relations with Ichikawa University are good, there are opportunities.
Student Life
Tsuda Festival is really boring.
Tsuda University Evaluation③: Female / School of Arts and Sciences, International Relations Department / Current Student / Enrolled in 2022
Comprehensive Evaluation
You can learn a lot from the International Relations Department. There are courses in international law, international economics, as well as regional and cultural fields.
Lectures/Classes
There are many interesting lectures. Especially in small classes, teachers are often very attentive.
Laboratories/Seminars
Comprehensive seminars start in the third year, but before that, students can experience various professional fields.
Employment/Promotion
It's only been 2 years, so I'm not sure about the employment results, but I've heard a lot of good news.
Transportation/Location
It's surrounded by parks, so it's green, but there aren't many places to go out like in the city.
Facilities/Equipment
The campus is clean. There are not many old buildings, but many new ones. There's always a janitor.
Friends/Romance
Because it's a women's university, you can't expect romance, but there are many intercollegiate clubs with Ichikawa University, so many people form their own clubs there. All my friends are good people.
Student Life
Many people join intercollegiate clubs at Ichikawa University or other universities.
